It all started during the rare moments when both of my boys were napping. Moms, especially those who've had two under two, know how hard it can be to find a moment for yourself. Instead of spending every spare minute catching up on chores, I decided to do something just for me.
I've always loved baking, but I put that passion on the back burner while raising my kids. When I found my way back to it, baking became my version of therapy and a way to bring joy to the people around me.
One night, I prayed and asked God to help me see the vision that everyone else kept telling me they saw. I took a leap of faith, and that's how Between Naps Bakery was born.
This business has helped me rediscover a part of myself I thought I'd put aside, while reminding me that I can be fully present as a mom and still pursue something I love.
